  2. I didn't have the flyer when I signed up, I just said I did. The only question they asked me was what was written inside the red ribbon, and since I was already signed up for Enfamil online they had all my information such as my name and due date. I received it a few days ago just as they said.

My little one gets here in June. The nursette bottles were a life saver for my last baby.

  9. There is no code behind the red ribbon but on the back of the page in the last pic it has LA3960 there. I believe that is the code. My boxes expire Sept 11. I am so thankful for these as well!

  13. On two different calls to enfamil, I use different DOBs for this month/year for my baby, email addresses, and mailing addressess.

Order will arrive via fedex within 5-7 business days. They didn't give me an order/ref number.

NOTE: My baby is really 6 months. Call me greedy, but FREE IS FREE!!! LOL

    GOOD LUCK:)

  28. Just called & they gave me such a difficult time. The rep told me that it is only for health care providers, but since I brought formula from them a week ago and after a long lecture, she agreed to give it to me.
