JC Penney has a code for $10 off a $10 purchase available now. You can also score FREE shipping by selecting Ship to Store. There is a drop down menu at the bottom of page you enter your info. It will then direct you to your closest stores to select from. Also if you go through Ebates you will get 6% cash back! Here is how to get it to all go:

1. Go to Ebates here and search for JC Penney and click Shop Now next to the 6%.
